Candle Burning Tips:
Trim your wick to 1/4″ before each lighting to avoid smoking and overheating.
Protect the surface on which the candle sits.
For an even burn, the first burn should be long enough for the entire top layer of wax to liquefy.
Refrain from burning candles longer than 4 hours at a time.
Never burn a candle when there is less than 1cm of wax at the base.
Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or small children.
Allow the wax to cool completely before handling.
Extinguish the flame carefully by snuffing it rather than blowing on it.

expect your candles to be shipped within 5-7 buisness days!
Our refund policy is only on candles that are received broken. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to an order once it is picked up by the shipping carrier for delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim.
Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and box in which the order was shipped.
Once all the information and photos are received, we will then issue a replacement order.
