What should you feed baby first?

Baby Led Weaning & Raw Butter
After getting Boaz tested for mineral & vitamin deficiencies.. he’s incredibly low in Omega 3, Biotin & B Vitamins.
Which makes complete sense for his issues. Eczema is directly linked to low Biotin & Omega 3s! Whereas teeth issues are linked to low Omega 3s & B Vitamins.
Want to hear the crazy part?
When I was extremely sick in middle school I had to take B Vitamin Shots due to how low I was.
Omega 3s & Biotin comes directly from animal sources. You can *still* get them from other sources. But they’re not as bioavailable.
Up until having Boaz, I hardly ever ate animal products.. meaning I was lacking Omega 3s & Biotin.
Our children can only take what our bodies have available to give them!
It takes THREE years for the minerals in our bodies to be back to pre baby.
Does that mean you *have to* space out your children every 3 years? No! In today’s world with such a high estrogen intake, it’s quite impossible since we’re getting our cycles back just a few weeks after giving birth.
What it DOES mean-
If your children are back to back, we need to take extra care to build them up of what they could be lacking.
Having a back to back pregnancy.. I focused on nutrition heavily while I was pregnant with Mac..
- raw milk (Omega 3s)
- raw butter (even MORE Omega 3s)
- grassfed beef & chicken (Biotin, Omega 3s)

- beef liver (B Vitamins, Iron, Omega 3s, Biotin)
- juice plus (allll the micronutrients!!)
Now that Mac is able to eat food I am starting him on slabs grassfed raw butter. To “supplement” what he probably didn’t get enough of from me.
Grassfed Raw Butter is THE superfood. I’m ranking it right next to beef liver!
It’s high in;
- Omega 3s
- Vitamin A, D, E
- Vitamin K2
- Conjugated Linoleic Acid (fights against cancer cells)
- Beta Carotene (your body converts this into Vit A)
✨ It takes an entire gallon of milk to make two sticks of butter! So when you grab butter from your local farmer and are shocked at the price- know this! ✨
Keep in mind that grain fed butter doesn’t have the same nutrients. When tested, grassfed raw butter had 3x the amount of nutrients than its counterparts.
&&& when dairy is not raw, it doesn’t have the enzymes to help their little bellies break it down
